1. Data processed by the platform

Gold DNA may process data required to manage customer access, in particular an email address, customer identifier, authorised MT4 account identifier or number, licence status, access and payment history, and technical information required for security and diagnostics.

The platform does not require the broker portal password. KYC, identity documents, deposits and withdrawals remain with the broker.

2. How the data is used

• handling a request and activating the 14-day DEMO,
• handling the move to eligible REAL access,
• assigning and verifying a licence,
• secure distribution of Gold DNA files,
• handling payments, billing, complaints and support,
• preventing abuse and maintaining service security.

3. Broker and payments

Data provided to the broker is processed under the broker’s rules. Customer payments are intended to be handled by external payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal; the platform should not store full payment-card details.

4. Retention period

Data should be retained only for as long as needed to manage access, billing, legal obligations, security and potential disputes. Detailed retention periods will be approved before production launch.

5. Security

Customer access and file downloads are designed to use short-lived tokens and permission controls. Administrative access is separated from customer access.

6. User rights

At production launch, users will receive information on how to exercise rights under applicable data-protection law, including access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing where applicable.

7. Contact

Full details of the data controller and the appropriate contact channel will be published before the service launches in production.
