1. What Gold DNA is
Gold DNA is Expert Advisor software designed to work in MetaTrader 4 in a supported environment and on XAUUSD. The software automates actions according to the current strategy version but does not take ownership of the customer’s account or funds.
2. DEMO and REAL
The first stage is 14-day DEMO access. Submitting a request does not start the DEMO period; it begins only when access is activated. The DEMO account should start with a balance of at least USD 250. Once the requirements are met, the customer may move to a REAL account, for which the minimum initial deposit is USD 250. The first 30 days of REAL access are free of Gold DNA fees.
3. Dedicated account
An account assigned to Gold DNA is dedicated to Goldi. The customer should not open manual trades or run other robots or Expert Advisors on it. One access right is assigned to one authorised account unless agreed otherwise.
4. Control of funds
Deposits, withdrawals, KYC and actions in the broker portal remain the customer’s responsibility. Gold DNA does not require the broker portal password and does not make deposits or withdrawals.
5. Risk
Trading involves the risk of losing some or all of the invested capital. Results from DEMO, tests, previous periods or other accounts do not guarantee future results. The user independently decides whether to move from DEMO to REAL.
6. Access and updates
Access to Gold DNA may be limited to an active licence, an eligible account and the current compiled file. Updates may be required for security, compliance or platform operation. MQ4 source code is not included in standard customer distribution.
7. Suspension or expiry
After access expires or is revoked, Gold DNA should stop opening new trades according to the licensing rules for the relevant version. Detailed rules for handling active positions will be described in the documentation for the specific release.
8. Payments
After the free REAL period, continued access is subject to monthly billing under the rules described in the “Billing Rules” document.
