When you run the Gold DNA package, the system opens two charts automatically: XAUUSD M5 and XAUUSD M1. It applies Pivot Point, R1–R3, S1–S3, psychological levels and EMA 14/19/49 to both. You do not open charts or drag anything onto them manually.
Once the environment is prepared, the package completes Goldi’s installation according to the assigned access. You do not set timeframes, indicators or charts. The actual DEMO stage begins then.

No. Production access is activated only in a supported RoboForex environment and on a verified, authorised account.
