Do I need trading experience?
No. Goldi is designed to operate autonomously according to Gold DNA logic. Customers should still understand that trading involves risk.
What does Goldi run on?
Gold DNA is designed for XAUUSD in MetaTrader 4, in a supported RoboForex environment and on an authorised account.
Do I need to set up the charts myself?
No. After signing in to MT4, you run the Gold DNA package. It opens XAUUSD M5 and XAUUSD M1, applies the required chart layout and prepares Goldi. You do not drag indicators or the robot onto a chart manually.
Can I use any RoboForex account?
No. The account must be verified and authorised in the Gold DNA system, including confirmation of the correct partner assignment.
Does my computer need to stay on all the time?
If MT4 runs locally, yes. When MT4 is configured on a VPS, your home computer may be switched off.
Can I trade manually on the same account?
No. An account assigned to Gold DNA is exclusively for Goldi’s trades, with no manual positions or other robots.
